Must have experience in developing complex data center solution proposals involving system integration of multiple technologies and multiple brands
Written Skills – Must have experience in developing compelling techno-commercial proposals and possess the skills of a professional technical report writer with good command of language and grammar
Capacity Planning, Data Center Operations Management, Compliances & Clients Management
Present, review, and modify the solution, with the internal/external client and key stakeholders to meet deal requirements and close the deal
Critically involved in the engineering design of every project to meet the deal requirements
Selection of appropriate products among multiple brands for the data center assembly as per the budget
Vendor evaluation and management
Set project timeline
Monitor project deliverables
Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications :
Fluent in written and spoken English
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with CDCP and ATD
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Qualification: Graduate (Technical/Engineering/MBA will be an added advantage)
Exp:2 to 4 years in Sales/Business Development in the Pune region
Responsibilities :
Working with new, prospective, and existing customers across a variety of industries.
Contact management, Lead generation, and Lead management.
Funnel management in SAP CRM.
Supporting customer needs, providing technical leadership to Prasa’s business initiatives, and promoting customer success.
Principal accountabilities responsible for the assessment of existing and potential customers, defining product needs, and sales execution.
The continuous relationship development between the business area, regional teams, and the manufacturers to ensure trust, and support of business objectives.
Budget responsibility for all assigned business development areas. Defining and tracking performance for the manufacturer’s products and services.
Coordinate opportunity development of both Net New as well as Existing Customers.
Relationship management with the manufacturer’s regional staff in all Vertical markets.
Articulate the associated solutions for key Power OEM customers.
Skills Required :

Responsibilities :
Identifying and boosting business opportunities in the data center market by evaluating the potential segmentation in all business verticals.
Evaluating and analyzing findings, preparing reports, and making recommendations to senior management about the viability of opportunities, mainly focusing on the data center business.
Exploring new business opportunities, developing a business plan, and providing workflow solutions for customers in different market segments.
Establishing long-term professional relationships with potential clients, customers, distributors, and government authorities to advocate the uses of the organization’s products and services, and to drive the government policy, mainly watching the field stakeholders and setting up relationships.
Participating/organizing meetings with potential customers and partners to pursue business opportunities, compliance execution, and protect the organization’s business interests.
Refer sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate contacts within the organization and liaise with other functional and operational area members to ensure prompt follow-up.
Managing and coordinating with company-level project initiatives and execution.
Providing production support that includes evaluating defects, investigating the cause, and devising solutions to address defects.
Driving strategic and tactical development with field and sales management – assist with pricing of opportunity and design solutions.
Will involve PAN India traveling for at least 1 week per month.
