Prakash Burse founded Prasa Infocom & Power Solutions in the year 1994. He first started with a firm that provided power conditioning devices and CVT devices to budding businesses. In 1998, Prasa partnered with TATA Liebert, which later went on to be Emerson Network Power and now, it’s Vertiv Co. At present, Prasa is a platinum partner of Vertiv Co.

It’s under Prakash Burse’s valuable leadership and guidance that Prasa has achieved tremendous growth and crossed various milestones. It’s his passion for electronic devices and data centers that transformed Prasa to stand as one of the leading competitors in the data center and mission critical infrastructure industry today. With a career spanning over 31 years, he has a rich experience of driving success for business and leading various projects.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics and Telecommunications) from College of Engineering, Pune.

G. N. Attar has graced Prasa with his accompaniment since the very beginning of Prasa’s existence. He joined as a Sales and Service Engineer in 1994 and has played a prominent contribution to the company’s strategic direction and growth since then.

From supplying and providing maintenance for devices like CVT, Labeling machines, and Epson printers to providing core banking services and UPS devices, G. N. Attar has helped revolutionize Prasa’s business model from year to year. After gaining the first data center order in 2008, he has successfully lead the implementation of 40+ data centers through Prasa’s Kolhapur branch.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli.

Jay Burse joined Prasa in 2007, after completing his bachelor’s education. He joined as a service engineer and has been working here for around 15 years now. With his monumental experience and expertise, he won various accolades and is recognized for his innovative and pragmatic problem-solving approach on the global platform.

Knowing the ins and outs of various mission critical facilities, he has helped Prasa expand and reach great heights while inspiring and influencing a diverse workforce.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Family Business from IIM, Ahmedabad and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Pune.

Mayuresh Kajwadkar joined team Prasa in the year 2005 as an Accounts Assistant. With 17 years of rich experience in handling business accounts and finance for Prasa, he is now the head of Prasa’s Finance Department and plays a lead role in all the company’s business operations.

He has put in his abounding knowledge to determine the risks involved in investments, estimating business models, making sure the company’s financial operations abide by the rules, and ultimately, driving profits for the company in the long run.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Mahatma Gandhi Vidyamandir's M.S.G. Arts, Science, and Commerce College, Malegaon.

Vinay Heda Joined PRASA in 2023, as a management team member and in the capacity of Director to take on Data Center Business. He is an accomplished & experienced senior executive, with 16 years of a successful career in the Electrical & Automation industry and has credible experience in driving Sales, Business Strategies, Marketing, Operations, and Customer engagement.

Prior to joining PRASA, Vinay worked with SIEMENS, R STAHL, L&T, HONEYWELL & SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC, in various functions and capacity to drive growth, success, and customer satisfaction.

Vinay holds a Management degree from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, and completed his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Govt College of Engineering, Amravati.

At PRASA, Vinay is driving business growth, strategies, and people engagement to enable a quantum leap for organization.

Having dedicated over four decades of association with Siemens Ltd., Mr.Chetan's journey commenced in 1983 as an apprentice at Siemens Training Centre. His employment journey started as a CNC machine maintenance to Corporate Real Estate, industry projects, and cutting-edge Building Technology.
From pivotal roles in Corporate Real Estate, where he oversaw projects like Siemens offices in Kolkata, Bangalore, Navi Mumbai, Gurgaon, and Dhaka (Bangladesh) and factories at Kolkata, Kalwa, and Baroda, along with multiple fit-out projects nationwide. In addition to project management, handled a countrywide portfolio of asset management, and facility management.
In 2006, He transitioned to Siemens Industry & Solution (I&S), overseeing projects for Bangalore Airport and subsequently steering diverse projects in airport verticals, baggage handling, cargo, substation, and Data Centre projects. He move to Siemens Building Technology (BT) in 2010 marked a new chapter, where he led regions across the country, focusing on Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) projects, including the New Parliament, IICC Dwarka, airports like BIAL phase II, Kannur, Allahabad, Lucknow, and metro projects at Kolkata, Mumbai.

Throughout his 40-year career at Siemens, he excelled in both project management and business operations. Notably, he held the position of Strategic Project Head for RSS (formerly BT) India, where he played a key role in driving project business excellence within the Smart Infrastructure division.
