Mr. Ashok Shelke from PRASA is visiting us for the preventative maintenance of our UPS systems. We are satisfied with his service and quality work all the time he visited us. The products of Emerson UPS as MTLB, 10-KVA(4.5 years) and S400, 10- KVA(18 months) are giving satisfactory performance and have no issue till now.
We expect the same service from the service engineer at all the times required by us in future too.
