Prasa conducted a training session for its entire sales & service team on 7th September 2019, held at MCCIA, Pune. The session started at 11:00 AM and went on for 2 hours. 32 employees of Prasa attended the session to hone up their soft skills. Prasa conducted the session with an aim to add value and further enhance the customer service.
The session was presented by Dr. Avinash Joshi – Director, Dr. Avinash Joshi & Associates. Dr. Joshi holds a Ph.D in Services Management and Masters in Management Sciences.
The session delivered by Dr. Joshi was educational and based on very recent and thorough examples, and simple yet effective tips on customer service. In this interactive session, he explained to the team that in this day and age, the most powerful business development strategy a company can follow is to provide excellent customer service.
During the motivational session, Dr. Joshi talked about the importance of customer service and optimum utilization of resources to get better ROI. He showed how the impeccable pre, during, and post service provided by an organization creates more brand evangelists and forms lasting customer relationships. He explained the importance of effective communication in providing valuable service and fostering organizational growth. The session also included a musical exercise to showcase the importance of non-verbal communication. It provided various guidelines to enhance individual skill sets to move swiftly towards the organization’s goals.
The constructive session was concluded with a Q & A round where Team Prasa enthusiastically participated with various insights, real-life situations, and examples. The attendees from Prasa felt motivated and enthusiastic post the session, understanding the importance of individual contribution in organizational growth. Prasa expressed its gratitude by felicitating Dr. Joshi for his insightful session and kind words. The session was followed by a quick photo session to mark this event of learning and fun.
