PRASA is undertaking the development of comprehensive infrastructure for a Tier IV Data Centre in Hyderabad, spanning approximately 50,000 sq. ft., with 464 racks and an estimated IT load of 11.4 MW.

The project encompasses integrated electrical infrastructure, chilled-water-based cooling systems, intelligent building management and monitoring, and comprehensive fire protection and security systems.

Project Overview

Building Reliable Infrastructure for Mission-Critical Operations

CTRLS Hyderabad is a Tier IV Data Centre infrastructure project focused on developing a reliable and integrated environment for high-density IT operations.

Spanning approximately 50,000 sq. ft. and accommodating 464 racks, the facility is designed around an estimated IT load of 11.4 MW.

PRASA’s project scope covers comprehensive electrical and critical power infrastructure, including HT/LT distribution, diesel generator systems, UPS, electrical panels, bus ducts and Power Distribution Units (PDUs).

The project also incorporates chilled-water-based cooling infrastructure, comprising chillers, Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs), pumps, TST, FWU, PAC and PAHU systems, alongside IBMS/BMS integration and fire protection and security systems.

Through coordinated execution across multiple infrastructure disciplines, PRASA is undertaking the development of an integrated environment designed to support mission-critical data centre operations.
