Single-Phase Liquid Immersion Cooling

In this method of cooling, servers are installed vertically in coolant bath of a hydrocarbon-based dielectric fluid. Heat is transferred to the coolant through direct contact with server components. The coolant does not boil off and stays in liquid phase at all times and is cooled via a heat exchanger in a cooling distribution unit (CDU).

GRC’s liquid immersion cooling solutions translate this method into products that allow for simpler operations, less maintenance, and high affordability.
