Liebert PeX

Next Generation Environmental Control for Critical IT&T Systems.

This is the result of extensive research and development, carried out by leading environmental control experts, consultants and major corporations. A wide range of standard units (50Hz and 60Hz) from 20kW to 100kW with air or water cooled versions. Upstream and downstream configurations are available with factory matched condensers to meet specific customer needs.

Description

Benefits:

  • Energy efficiency
PeX units have achieved increased energy efficiency through the use of computer modelling techniques combined with synergistic component pairing. The units are powered by either R22 or R407C refrigerant.
  •  Small footprint in the production area
The inherent design of the unit along with the ability to perform all maintenance from the front, rather than the side or rear, results in a minimal footprint and the ability to place units side-by-side or against a wall.
  •  Modular Construction
Three-compartment or larger units may be built as your load capacity grows. PeX units are assembled from one- or two-compartment building blocks so you can rely on the PeX to “grow” as your requirements do.
  •  Superior Maintenance
The front doors can be quickly and easily removed with a bayonet-style hinge mechanism, allowing easy access to components. This significantly simplifies maintenance.
  •  Structural rigidity and cleanliness
PeX units incorporate double-layered internal side panels to increase structural rigidity and improve internal cleanliness.
  •  High reliability
High quality, tested components are used in the process and are carefully studied for their maintenance requirements to ensure minimum breakdowns.

Characteristics:

  • Fan and Control
The innovative system automatically provides the correct belt tension when operating speed is reached, eliminating belt slippage and greatly increasing belt life. No tools are required to change the belt.
  •  Modular Construction

  •  Advanced Network Support
The In-System Programming (ISP) feature allows programming information to be uploaded directly from the service engineer’s computer without the need to change memory chips.
  •  Easily assembled on site
Access to hard-to-reach sites and limitations due to lifts are no longer a concern. PeX units can be delivered as separate modules and can be assembled on site. Disassembly is not required for delivery, saving time and labour.
